Enjoy a change of scene at the Rodin Garden Bar pop-up. Explore the Rodin Museum, enjoy refreshing summer cocktails and tasty small plates, listen to music, and take in the garden oasis.

Things to Know
  • Family-friendly.
  • Leashed four-legged friends are welcome in the garden.
  • Tables are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A guided exhibition tour of Rodin’s Hands meets in the Main Gallery. Learn more.

Opera, Deconstructed:

This summer, the Rodin Museum and Opera Philadelphia invite you to experience opera like never before. On select Friday evenings, discover how soloists, choruses, and orchestras help shape the magic of an operatic experience. Sip summer cocktails and enjoy world-class music in our lush gardens by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.

Each performance will last approximately 20 minutes.

Schedule of Performances:

  • Friday, June 27, 6:30 p.m. | The Soloists: Witness the expressive power of the human voice as baritone Brandon Bell and tenor Fran Daniel Laucerica perform timeless excerpts from the classical vocal canon.
  • Friday, July 25, 6:30 p.m. | The Chorus: Immerse yourself in the sweeping harmonies of eight singers led by Choral Director Elizabeth Braden through a selection of cherished opera choruses.
  • Friday, August 22, 6:30 p.m. | The Orchestra: Savor the serene finale of a string quartet led by violinist Luigi Mazzocchi performing compositions by Felix Mendelssohn, Franz Joseph Haydn, Claude Debussy, and more.

Garden access is free.
